A small but meaningful step: launching AgBio Dialogues, a space to explore the human side of science, leadership, culture, and growth in ag-biotech. This is about practicing public speaking imperfectly, but honestly.

Leadership starts with people. A recent community celebration and the honor of receiving the Distinguished Leadership Award reminded me that lasting progress grows from cultural understanding, human connection, and leaders who create space for others to belong and contribute.
