About Me

​I was born and raised in a small farming village in China, where I developed a deep appreciation for the connection between people, the land, and the food we grow. Those early experiences shaped my curiosity about agriculture and sparked a lifelong passion for finding innovative ways to make farming more sustainable, efficient, and resilient.

For nearly two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of science, leadership, and growth, combining my love for scientific discovery with my passion for developing people and ideas. If you would like to connect, you can also find me on LinkedIn.

From earning my PhD and EMBA to leading teams and driving research and innovations, I’ve learned that the real engines of progress are curiosity, collaboration, and the courage to keep learning. Science showed me how to observe. Leadership helped me learn to communicate and guide others. Life taught me to reflect and grow.

Beyond science, I’m also passionate about helping others grow. Whether it’s mentoring my team, sharing insights on management and strategy, or exploring new ideas through books and writing, I believe that growth is a journey best shared.​ That's why I created this website: to motivate me to continue learning, gaining knowledge, and sharing.
