Inspired by the book "How to Live an Extraordinary Life" by Anthony Pompliano

“Making worthwhile things is all about momentum...Momentum creates energy, and energy creates results.”

From the book, I learned that bestselling author Tim Ferriss finishes his books by writing just two crappy pages a day—not polished, not perfect, just forward motion. That hit home for me. Like many people, I’ve often felt overwhelmed by the pressure to get things right. But Ferriss’s approach flips the script: it’s not about crafting a masterpiece all at once; it’s about showing up consistently and making steady progress, one small step at a time.

What I love about this approach is that it replaces pressure with progress by breaking big goals into bite-sized steps and committing to working toward it daily, even if it’s only for a few “crappy pages.” It teaches us that momentum matters more than perfection. Two pages a day might seem insignificant, but over a year? That’s a book, a business, a transformation.

So, if you’re like me, tired of procrastinating while waiting for the perfect time, try starting small today. Focus on today’s steps, not the finish line. Do a little, do it often, and let progress carry you forward because progress beats perfection every time.
